Getting wet with the London Otters.

Who knew rowing was difficult? Surely it’s just about sitting in a boat and sticking your oar in, right? Wrong. And it’s not an oar. It’s a blade. Today I took progress pictures for online trainer Ben. It’s the fourth week of the program he has set us on so we’re half way. These pictures are cold and harsh. Like, no filter harsh. Yuck. BUT actually I was pleased scanning back to the previous weeks I saw how my body has changed and it’s quite amazing! My and BF Chris are trying to cut down on booze. It’s hard. It’s very hard.
